Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Nomad! However, if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help with exchanges.

1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it.

2. Exchanges & Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your product, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The packaging is intact
  • You provide proof of purchase

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nomadxb.store with photos and your order number.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at admin@nomadxb.store
  • Include order number, item name, and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
